Positions

Sales Executive

Anderson INC seeks a self-motivated, proven producer for a Sales Executive position on our team. The successful candidate will have a history of three (3) plus years in building new client relationships, maintaining excellent customer service, and surpassing quotas. Knowledge and experience selling to the petroleum terminaling, refining, or pipeline industry is beneficial but not required. This “ground floor" opportunity offers a compensation structure that includes a base salary plus commissions. This position reports directly to the President of the company. Essential Functions and Qualifications include:

• Four (4) year degree from an accredited college or university with an emphasis in Engineering preferred
• Create, maintain and execute a successful sales plan
• Verifiable successful sales experience in an oil and gas related capacity is desired
• Initiate and control sales processes with new clients
• Offer ideas for new products or services
• Proven ability to expand existing customer base
• Project a positive presence in negotiations to maximize revenues and profits
• Close and multi-task sales opportunities
• Follow up and monitor projects with current customers to ensure their satisfaction and make necessary sales presentations
• Proven communication excellence with customers, vendors and employees
• Computer literate and functional with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook Express)
• Valid and current driver’s license required.
